Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN

The following return and exchange policy is applicable to the ONLINE STORE ONLY- not applicable to items bought at store level. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange any unworn or defective merchandise within 15 days. The first day corresponds to the arrival of the merchandise. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. The return shipping will be at your own cost*. All items bought through E-commerce cannot be exchanged at store level. To ensure appropriate exchange, please return by mail and include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason of the exchange and the new item wished (style number, size and color).

 

REFUND POLICY

We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 10 days. The first day corresponds to the arrival of the merchandise. The refund will be based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable*. Only items bought through e-commerce can be refunded. To ensure appropriate credit, please return by mail and include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason for return.


*Excepted for the defective merchandise
